In one of her lectures, Linda Bradford Raschke proposes the idea of reading the older books when it comes to trading. I found this approach to make tremendous sense as many of the modern day books are based on bits and pieces of the older material.
In no particular order are the books that have found their place on my "top shelf":
Encyclopedia of Chart Pattern - Bulkowski
Market Profile Study Handbook - CBOT
Essential Trading Worksheets - Dalton
Minds Over Market - Dalton
The Strategic Electronic Day Trader - Deel
The Intelligent Investor - Graham
Reminiscence of a Stock Operator - LeFevre
Technical Analyses 10th Editition - McGee & Edwards
Technical Analyses - Schabaker
Steidlemayer: On Markets - Trading with Market Profile - Steidlemayer & Hawkins
Back to the laws of supply and demand - Sneiden
Trading Plan Template - Unknown
Method of Tape Reading - Wychoff
